Being a participant in the Live Regional meeting hosted by LC Eskişehir was an amazing experience. From the moment I stepped foot in this lovely city, I felt welcomed and as if I was home. I had the opportunity to gain useful information about various aspects of our association and tips to improve myself and, maybe gradually, my LC. All thanks to our great trainer and facilitators! Besides the working parts, the city was beautiful and luckily we had plenty of chances to enjoy it. The city rally was really fun and very well organized and I think the river, the wax museum, the old colourful city and of course the last day at the huge park with the fairytale castle, will remain unforgettable to me… It’s really impressive how many similarities someone can notice between the three countries of our region. Cuisine, habits, music, dances and of course common words united us even more than a normal EESTEC event. Finally, the success of this event derives from its people. The organizing committee, the participants, the members of LC Eskişehir and friends who joined, didn’t hesitate to share their love at any time. I want to thank them all for their kindness, their hugs throughout the event and for making me laugh and enjoy every single moment this week.
