Brand.Comm… Well, where do I begin? Both the participants and the organizing committee turned this event into an ultimate success! Not only did I get the chance to meet many special people, but I also learned a lot of interesting things regarding Public Relations, Company Relations and Marketing during the event’s operational part! Although we wouldspend half of our day going through the different seminars and presentations of the academic aspect of Brand.Comm, LC Belgrade prepared some very special activities for us, so that we could always spend the other half of the day doing what we know best… Yeah, it was PARTY TIME!
Our activities included, but were not limited to:
– Visiting a local pub to try some unique fruit-flavored beer!
– Eating at a traditional Serbian restaurant, where we had the chance to try the local cuisine and dance to music from all across the Balkans (which of course included stepping on each other’s feet :p )
– Making our great escape from an escape room (or stay there for the rest of the event – nah just kidding)
– Experiencing the awesomeness of an International Night!
– Visiting a board game Café where we got a chance to challenge each other…!
– Competing in the “worst tie” competition during pub night AND singing karaoke (no customers were rendered permanently deaf during this activity – I promise :p )
– Joining an unforgettable party on the last day of the event, where we danced, danced, and danced some more, under the influence of bad jokes and some of the best people one can expect to find while abroad!
I sincerely want to thank LC Belgrade and EESTEC for accepting me as a participant in this event. The academic knowledge gained from 6 days of training and seminars was all I hoped for when I first signed up for this event, however I am more than happy to acknowledge that this turned out to be only one part of the countless memories all of us, asEESTECers and friends, made together! I feel lucky to meet every single one of the participants and LC Belgrade members, and will never forget everything they did to make this the most memorable trip of my life! I hope that soon enough, we will get a chance to reunite and relive some of our craziest moments! Till then, I miss you all, and hope you have wonderful and happy lives!
